We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Items should be in their original packaging and sent to the return address listed on the original shipping label. To ensure safe delivery, returns must be shipped with tracking, and the tracking number should be provided to Galactic Gizmos 3D through the website chat. Please note: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Regular PLA has a matte finish and is available in a wide range of colors. Silk PLA has a more shiny finish. Silk PLA is a bit more fragile than regular PLA, but the trade off is often well worth it!
